Mining Terminal Inc. ("Mining Terminal," "we," "us") provides a mining intelligence platform with data, analytics, research, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to information we collect online or offline in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or content that may link to or be accessible from the Services.

If you access the Services through an organization (such as your employer), that organization may control your account and the information associated with it. Their policies may also apply.

When you use Nara or another AI feature, we process your prompt, relevant conversation history, and selected Mining Terminal evidence to generate a response. This information may be sent to contracted model-inference providers, including Together AI and Fireworks AI. We may store conversations and operational metadata to provide history, secure the service, troubleshoot, and measure usage.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or other confidential information unless you and your organization are authorized to do so. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed against primary sources before use.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including account access and analytics delivery.
• Personalize content, preferences, and recommendations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Communicate about product updates, security notices, and administrative messages.
• Send marketing communications where permitted, with opt-out options.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where required, we process personal information based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement), or legal obligations.

• With service providers that support edge delivery and security, hosting and database services, authentication, storage, AI inference, payments, communications, and support. Core providers currently include Cloudflare, Supabase, Clerk, AWS, Stripe, Resend, Together AI, and Fireworks AI.
• With affiliates and professional advisors where necessary for business operations.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• To comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• With your organization, if you are using an enterprise or team account.
• With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services operational, maintain authenticated sessions, remember preferences, protect against misuse, and understand service performance. Some features embed third-party content, such as authentication, scheduling, charting, or map services, which may receive device and network information when loaded.

Non-essential storage and third-party features should not be loaded before consent where consent is legally required. Our current cookie and embed controls are under review. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of the Services from working.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.

The Services are intended for professional users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
